About Yorkville, IL - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

The United City of Yorkville is located in Kendall County, Illinois, approximately fifty  miles southwest of Chicago.  Settled by early pioneers in 1836, the city  existed for over one-hundred years as two separate villages, Bristol  to the north of the Fox River and Yorkville to  the south, before coming together in 1957 to form the United City of  Yorkville.  Today, Yorkville is home to a  lively population of more than 16,000 residents who enjoy the beautiful  seasonal weather that produces moderate cool summers, cold wet winters, and  lovely mild weather during springtime and fall.

Yorkville has an abundance of recreational amenities  available to residents and visitors alike.   The Raging Waves Waterpark is  the largest in Illinois  and features nonstop water-play action that includes tube rides, speed slides,  lazy rivers, and wave pools for the enjoyment of guests of all ages.

The Yorkville   Parks and Recreation  Department is proud of their city parks that are located throughout the city,  each boasting a separate theme representing subjects such as sunflowers, music,  farms, and high adventure.  Bicentennial  Riverfront Park, located on the south bank of the Fox   River in downtown Yorkville, features abundant fishing, plus canoeing  and kayaking opportunities on the ever-popular Marge Cline Whitewater  Course that flows alongside the park.   Other popular parks include Cannonball Ridge  Park, featuring a civil war theme, Green's Filling Station Park, on the subject of transportation, and Bristol Station  Park, devoted to the history of trains.

Yorkville’s small-town charm, together with its proximity to  the big city amenities of Chicago,  makes it a favorite among residents and visitors alike!
